Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and recording activities **Grid Co. is hiring an O\&M Electrician** Água Boa/MT \| Position eligible for PCD (Persons with Disabilities) We are seeking a professional to perform maintenance and monitoring of photovoltaic power plants, ensuring equipment performance and field operational safety! **Your responsibilities:** * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance, including periodic inspections, testing, and fault diagnosis on photovoltaic systems; * Monitor power plant performance via SCADA, identifying and correcting anomalies in electrical and mechanical components; * Ensure compliance with safety regulations and record activities in the CMMS; * Assist in preparing technical reports on equipment condition and performance; **What we are looking for:** * NR10, NR10 SEP, and NR35 certifications; * Certification in photovoltaic systems and knowledge of SCADA/monitoring; * Experience with electrical measurement tools (thermal imager, megohmmeter); * Applied computer skills, including proficiency in Excel and maintenance software; **Requirements:** * Technical education in Electrotechnology, Electronics, or related fields; * Experience in maintenance of photovoltaic or electrical systems; * Ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams; * Skills in electrical and electronic troubleshooting; **Benefits:** * Salary negotiable * Hazard pay allowance (30%) * Fuel allowance * Meal voucher (Caju – R$ 42.49/day) * Emotional wellness program (Wellz) * Wellhub (formerly Gympass) * Health and dental insurance (Unimed) * SESC partnership **Join us and add energy to our team! \#VemSerGrid** Compensation: R$2\.500,00 \- R$3\.000,00 per month Work location: On-site
