**Job Description**
The YAPP Brasil, an automotive multinational, is seeking a Mechatronics Technician to work at its Americana/SP unit.
This professional will be responsible for performing preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment and automated systems, ensuring full operational functionality of production processes with a focus on quality, safety, and efficiency.
They will conduct failure analysis, diagnosis, and repair of electrical, electronic, mechanical, and automation systems, as well as perform adjustments and parameterization of industrial equipment. Additionally, they will monitor machine performance, contributing to reduced downtime and increased productivity.
They will interface with production, engineering, and quality departments to resolve technical issues and implement process improvements. Furthermore, they must ensure compliance with technical standards, safety regulations, and workplace organization.
Additionally, they will contribute to maintaining technical records, supporting continuous improvement projects, and updating procedures, aiming to enhance the reliability and efficiency of production systems.
**Responsibilities**
* Conduct initial failure analysis on equipment;
* Replace hydraulic and pneumatic components;
* Assemble machine parts;
* Support the team in daily activities;
* Change molds;
* Change head tooling;
* Assist the team in troubleshooting.
**Requirements**
* Technical or higher education degree in Mechatronics, Industrial Automation, or related fields
* Experience in an industrial environment
* Knowledge of PLCs (Siemens, Omron, etc.)
* Ability to read and interpret electrical and mechanical diagrams
* Knowledge of pneumatic and hydraulic systems
* Experience in plastic parts manufacturing
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience in the automotive industry
* Experience working in multinational companies
* Basic knowledge of industrial robotics
* Intermediate English proficiency
