**Profile / Responsibilities:**
The Manufacturing Project Engineer will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams directly involved in New Product Introduction (NPI) projects. The scope includes ensuring delivery of required “deliverables” at each program phase, establishing standards and documenting critical manufacturing paths within NPI projects, and conducting risk assessments related to the program. This role also ensures communication and collaboration among CBL (Manufacturing), the DFOS (Defect-Free Operation System) structure, and the Product Group (NPI structure). Additionally, the role leads the entire new product introduction evaluation process—from required investment analysis through introduction schedule definition. The role further involves collaborating with and communicating to stakeholders to ensure alignment between project status and program risks.

**Problem Solving:** Knowledge of approaches, tools, and techniques for recognizing, anticipating, and resolving organizational, operational, or process-related problems; ability to appropriately apply problem-solving knowledge across diverse situations.
**Judgment and Decision Making:** Knowledge of the decision-making process; ability to carefully assess the impact of emerging business situations and select the optimal course of action, communicating steps and activities that maximize organizational performance.
**Project Management:** Knowledge of effective project management strategies and tactics; ability to plan, organize, monitor, and control projects, ensuring efficient use of technical and administrative resources to achieve project objectives.
**Manufacturing Best Practices and Standards:** Knowledge of best practices and standards to improve effectiveness, efficiency, and safety in product design, production, and distribution; ability to develop and implement best practices and standards across various manufacturing processes and activities.
**Basic Qualifications:**
* Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a Technology program eligible for registration with CREA; active CREA registration required.
* Pre-advanced English proficiency
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Master’s degree/MBA in Project Management, Business Management, or Administration;
* Experience as a Six Sigma Black Belt / CPS or Project Manager;
* Knowledge of Lean tools (5S, TPM, OEE, BIQ, Takt Time / Cycle Time, etc.);
* Experience in Supply Chain, Product Engineering, and S&OP;
* Familiarity with the NPI process;
* Advanced English proficiency;
* Proficiency with Office 365 tools.
