We value responsibility, compassionate communication, and respect, fostering a safe, welcoming, and humanized environment for all. **Job Responsibilities:** We are seeking a professional to serve as a **Maintenance Technician**, specializing in **electrical maintenance**, with multidisciplinary knowledge of building infrastructure. This professional will be responsible for: * Performing **electrical and hydraulic maintenance**, including replacement, swapping, cleaning, repair, and installation of various parts, components, and equipment. * Conducting **carpentry and joinery maintenance**, such as furniture repairs, door and window replacement and adjustment, and floor and flooring repairs. * Maintaining **masonry structures and façades**, including paint restoration, surface washing, and waterproofing. * Assembling **work and safety equipment**, inspecting sites, and installing components as required. * Operating **electrical systems**, performing corrective and preventive maintenance on electrical devices and equipment. * Conducting **tests on equipment, instruments, and electrical systems** to ensure their safe and effective operation. * Interpreting **technical drawings, electrical schematics, and diagrams**. * Executing all **preventive and corrective maintenance** throughout the hospital premises. * Registering and **closing Service Orders**, ensuring accurate verification of services performed. * Adhering to **safety, hygiene, quality, and environmental protection standards**. **Requirements:** * Technical education in Electrical Engineering, Electrotechnology, Electromechanics, or related fields. * Valid Electrical Certification (NR\-10). * Prior experience in building and hospital maintenance is an advantage. * Ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams. * Basic knowledge of hydraulics, carpentry, painting, and masonry. * Proactivity, responsibility, and commitment to safety.
