Responsible for maintaining the technical standards of the company's facilities by performing preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance (building, mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic) on store installations, machines, and equipment, based on current regulations and internal policies, aiming to carry out activities within the timeframe established by the department. **Responsibilities and duties** * Monitor work and maintenance performed by third parties, facilitating and providing them with existing resources for service execution, guiding and inspecting contracted professionals, and verifying completed work to ensure proper service delivery; * Perform repairs on electrical, hydraulic, civil, and refrigeration systems, such as: Resetting circuit breakers (main supply, internal distribution panels), minor masonry repairs (without interfering with store structures), internal and external painting, unblocking sewage systems, maintaining hydraulic systems (potable water, sewage, and reuse), as well as running electrical, telephone, and data cables, among others; * Carry out daily inspections and checks according to the store's operational checklist, identifying issues found and working together with departments to resolve them; * Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on building infrastructure, electrical and hydraulic systems, machinery, and equipment; * Prepare material lists, assessing required services according to activity needs; * Process and close service orders through the system during the day, following execution instructions; * Assist in store decoration for marketing initiatives, IT projects, and commemorative events (Christmas, Mother's Day, Carnival, etc.), installing decorative lighting, mounting decorations, etc., as directed by supervisors. * Maintain order and cleanliness at the workplace, keeping tools and materials used in activities organized and in good condition, as well as organizing documentation related to work processes; * Ensure operational safety by using appropriate PPE for the tasks being performed. **Requirements and qualifications** * Solid experience in building, mechanical, hydraulic, or electrical maintenance; * Completed High School and technical training in electrotechnics, refrigeration, mechanics, or construction; * Mandatory NR 10 and NR35 certifications; * Knowledge of refrigeration, welding/metalwork, hydraulic and civil installations, forklift mechanics, and generators is required; * Experience in maintenance within the food retail sector (wholesale, hypermarkets, supermarkets, etc.) will be considered a plus; **Additional information** **Work location:** Position is 100% on-site **Benefits:** * On-site cafeteria * Multi-benefits card * Transportation allowance * Medical insurance * Dental insurance * Life insurance * Discounts at educational institutions for undergraduate, postgraduate, and extension courses * Roldão Mais: Employees receive discounts at Roldão Atacadista stores, paying wholesale prices * Maternity kit * Corporate University – Academia Roldão: Participation in training programs with personalized learning paths for each employee.
