Responsibilities: * Supervise all preventive and corrective building maintenance activities, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, civil works, and other systems; * Ensure contract compliance through strict monitoring of SLAs and KPIs; * Manage the departmental budget by monitoring costs, analyzing performance indicators, and identifying opportunities to reduce operational expenses; * Plan, oversee, and validate construction projects, renovations, facility adaptations, and infrastructure improvements; * Ensure facility safety and support and promote Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) initiatives; * Manage inventory of assets, materials, equipment, and supplies to ensure organization and availability; * Conduct building inspections and internal audits to identify risks, propose solutions, and monitor corrective actions; * Manage service requests, drive continuous process improvement, and ensure user satisfaction; * Prepare periodic management reports for operational monitoring, decision support, and results presentation; * Supervise the internal team by assigning tasks, evaluating performance, identifying development needs, and fostering a collaborative work environment. Requirements and Qualifications * Technical education in Electrotechnology, Mechanical Engineering, Building Maintenance, or related fields. * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Engineering, or related disciplines is preferred. * Proven experience in coordinating or supervising facilities management and/or building maintenance.
