Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to manage the maintenance department, lead the team, and ensure service quality and on-time delivery. Key Highlights: 1. Maintenance team leadership 2. Planning and task allocation 3. Facility control and inspection We are looking for a professional to work onsite in Bragança Paulista/SP, managing the maintenance department. The position operates on a 6x1 schedule, with fixed days off on Sundays and holidays; working hours will be defined accordingly. **REQUIREMENTS** * Technical course in electrotechnology; * Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; * Agility in executing and managing processes; **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Lead the maintenance team; * Submit supervisor reports (weekly and monthly); * Plan, schedule, and assign tasks to the maintenance team: productive, preventive, scheduled corrective, and emergency activities; * Monitor execution of services (electrical, hydraulic, civil, etc.); * Ensure timely delivery and service quality; * Control usage of materials, tools, and PPE; * Prepare material cost estimates and obtain leadership approval; * Conduct periodic facility inspections; * Complete and update control spreadsheets (activities, costs, KPIs, etc.); * Prepare activity and incident reports; * Ensure compliance with occupational safety regulations; * Train, guide, and develop technical staff; * Provide periodic feedback to the team; * Monitor team behavior and productivity; * Supervise third-party or contractor services; * Address more complex problem-solving; * Manage maintenance schedules; **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS** * Experience as a supervisor; * Knowledge of people management; * Strong communication skills, proactivity, and agility; Compensation: R$2.000,00 \- R$4.000,00 per month Benefits: * Dental care assistance * Commercial agreements and discounts * Free parking * Transportation allowance Work Location: Onsite
