Ensure compliance with occupational safety regulations An engineering company specializing in building maintenance is hiring a Maintenance Supervisor to work in Sorocaba/SP. Requirements: * Proven experience as a Maintenance Supervisor (documented in employment record) * Technical-level qualification in Electrotechnology, Mechanics, or equivalent fields Responsibilities: * Supervise preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance activities across facilities (electrical, hydraulic, civil, air conditioning, and others). * Coordinate multidisciplinary maintenance team(s), assigning tasks according to operational demands and priorities. * Monitor the opening, control, distribution, execution, and closure of Service Orders (SOs) via an information system. * Conduct regular technical inspections of facilities to identify failures, risks, and improvement opportunities. * Prepare technical reports based on performance indicators established by Engineering/Management and contractual targets. * Develop and optimize work procedures. * Develop, optimize, and ensure implementation of contract maintenance plans. * Attend meetings with client representatives to align activities, present results, and resolve urgent requests, respecting building and facility operational characteristics. * Control and request procurement of materials, tools, and spare parts, ensuring availability for operations and compliance with Service Level Agreement (SLA) and performance indicators. * Ensure compliance with occupational safety regulations (NRs), including proper use of PPE and completion of all mandatory training for supervised staff. * Monitor services provided by third-party companies and occasional contractors, validating technical quality and compliance of deliverables. * Maintain up-to-date technical documentation for contract-covered facilities (manuals, blueprints, certificates, inspection reports, etc.). Work Schedule: * Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
