Job Summary: Internship opportunity in maintenance to assist in developing indicators, material control, item procurement, and maintenance planning. Key Highlights: 1. Support in procurement of items and management of invoices We currently have a Maintenance Internship opportunity, as detailed below: **Requirements:** \- Pursuing a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics, Information Technology, or related fields. \- Proficiency in Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Office Suite. \- Power BI, SQL, Python, and systems knowledge are a plus. **Responsibilities:** 1\) Assist maintenance planners in developing indicators and action plans. 2\) Handle shipment and control of materials for repair \- Issue invoices \- Request freight services \- Request quotations \- Maintain updated spreadsheet of items sent for repair \- Perform follow-up on items undergoing repair 3\) Assist in procurement of items for MAE maintenance \- Request supplier quotations for parts, services, and repairs \- Issue purchase requisitions in SAP/Ivalua for parts, services, and repairs 4\) Assist in controlling and storing items in D54 (area for storing repaired parts) 5\) Prepare overtime hour spreadsheet for weekends and holidays 6\) Assist in controlling incoming invoices for the department. 7\) Plan preventive/predictive maintenance (procure services when necessary) Working hours: 7:42 AM to 2:42 PM with a 1-hour break for rest and lunch. **Benefits:** \* Market-competitive internship stipend (adjusted in the 2nd year); \* Profit Sharing Program (PLR); \* Medical and dental assistance; \* Access to online course platform; \* Development Program; \* Annual school supplies; \* Life insurance; \* On-site cafeteria; \* Transportation allowance or chartered bus.
