Job Summary: A professional responsible for supervising the maintenance team, managing work orders, documents, and budgets, as well as supporting projects and renovations. Key Highlights: 1. Monitoring and ensuring the safety and operational functionality of facilities 2. Management of documents, budgets, and financial requests 3. Supervision and guidance of the maintenance team Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Civil, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering, or related fields. Technical certification (e.g., Electrotechnology, Electronics, Refrigeration, or related areas) is desirable. Responsibilities: Monitor work orders, preventive and emergency maintenance activities to ensure facility safety and full operational functionality. Manage departmental documents, budgets, and financial requests. Supervise and guide the maintenance team to ensure activity quality. Support projects and renovations, perform electrical services, and issue required legal documentation.
