Job Summary: Responsible for assisting in the maintenance of facilities, devices, and electrical and building equipment, performing repairs and following procedures. Key Highlights: 1. Execution of activities according to operational procedures **Job Responsibilities:** * Assist in maintaining facilities, devices, and electrical equipment, guided by blueprints, schematics, instructions, and other documents, and perform minor repairs to meet building maintenance requirements. * Assist in preventive and corrective building maintenance, as well as mechanical and electrical maintenance of technical laboratory equipment. * Assist in building maintenance related to internal laboratory construction projects and renovations. * Perform maintenance on plumbing systems in general, repairing or replacing water tanks, showers, floor drains, valves, and faucets as needed. * Complete scheduled service orders by filling out the designated form. * Request purchase of necessary parts and components from the immediate supervisor. * Perform tasks in accordance with operational procedures, and stay updated on departmental procedures and processes to support continuous improvement. * Perform related duties as directed by the immediate supervisor. **Prerequisites:** * Completed technical course in Electromechanics or Electrical Engineering. * Basic computer skills (Intermediate Excel proficiency is considered an advantage). * Must reside in Currais Novos/RN.
