Job Summary: Intern with foundational knowledge of building services and introductory CAD skills to assist in project development and skill enhancement. Key Highlights: 1. They possess basic knowledge of building services and introductory CAD proficiency. Their responsibilities include preparing simple building services system projects under direct supervision. The intern is committed to learning and developing communication and teamwork skills by actively participating in introductory courses. * Assist in detailing BIM projects for electrical, plumbing, telecommunications, and fire prevention systems. * Assist designers in developing electrical, plumbing, and fire prevention projects. * Assist in preparing and reviewing electrical and plumbing system projects; * Assist in performing calculations and sizing for electrical and plumbing systems; * Participate in project meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams; * Monitor project development from conception through execution; * Assist in preparing technical documentation and reports; * Visit construction sites to broaden knowledge and observe practical implementation of projects.
