These attributes ensure effective communication, enabling customers to support their communities and operations with full confidence. **Job Description** ------------------- The **Full\-Level Field Technician** is a technical subject\-matter expert responsible for advanced maintenance, diagnostics, and optimization of Motorola Solutions’ RF and telecommunications infrastructure. **Key Responsibilities:** * Execute high\-complexity **Corrective and Preventive Maintenance** plans across the entire telecommunications, RF, tower, and structured cabling infrastructure. * Perform **Site Optimization** through detailed analyses ( *RF Report* ) and technical adjustments to ensure maximum coverage and signal quality. * Conduct installations and replacements of parts and components, as well as **advanced radio installation and configuration**, ensuring alignment with engineering specifications. * Perform in\-depth **troubleshooting** on *site* infrastructure and RF equipment, identifying root causes and implementing definitive solutions. * Serve as the primary **interface and support point for the NOC**, handling, diagnosing, and escalating critical tickets to ensure rapid and effective resolution. * Manage the ticket lifecycle: **prepare detailed troubleshooting reports** and **ticket closure reports**, ensuring the quality of technical documentation. * Adhere to a 5x2 work schedule and demonstrate **availability to travel** up to **75%** of the time from the base in **Mossoró/RN** . **Basic Requirements** ---------------------- 1\. **Senior Experience:** Minimum of **3 years of proven experience** in technical support and implementation of **RF and telecommunications infrastructure** systems. 2\. **Technical Education:** Completed **technical** program in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, or Electronics. An active **CFT** (Technical Certification) is mandatory. 3\. **Safety and Logistics:** Valid **Brazilian Driver’s License Category B**, and current **NR10** and **NR35** (Work at Heights) certifications. 4\. **Critical Infrastructure Knowledge:** Proficiency in **telecommunications infrastructure, RF, towers, microwave links**, and **structured cabling**. 5\. **Operating Systems:** Basic understanding of server **operating system** configuration (Unix, Linux, and Windows Server). 6\. **Critical Protocols:** Experience with mission\-critical communication systems ( **APCO25, DMR, and/or DIMETRA** ). **\#LI\-AN1** **Travel Requirements** ----------------------- Over 50% **Relocation Provided** ----------------------- None **Position Type** ----------------- Experienced **Referral Payment Plan** ------------------------- Yes ***EEO Statement*** Motorola Solutions is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
