Field Engineer

Job Summary: Visus is seeking a Field Engineer to work in the energy sector, providing technical support, maintenance management, and performance analysis for photovoltaic systems. Key Highlights: 1. We currently have opportunities for **FIELD ENGINEERS** to continue making history in the energy sector with us! **Responsibilities** * Provide technical support to field teams; * Create and monitor service orders (SOs); * Develop and implement the Maintenance Planning and Control (PCM); * Monitor and diagnose system performance; * Analyze energy production, irradiance, temperature, and other parameters to identify deviations and potential failures; * Diagnose issues in inverters, photovoltaic modules, trackers, substations, transmission lines, and others; * Request and track procurement of field-required items; * Guide execution of maintenance plans (preventive, corrective, predictive); * Monitor departmental KPIs; * People management; * Participate in recruitment, promotion, termination, and other HR processes; * And others. **Requirements** * Knowledge of maintenance management systems, preferably EqM; * Completed undergraduate degree in Electrical Engineering, Maintenance Engineering, Automation and Control, or related fields; * Active CREA registration; * Experience in Operations and Maintenance (O&M); * Immediate availability to start, as well as flexibility in working hours.
