Support the installation, maintenance, splicing, testing, and certification of fiber optic systems in implementation projects, under technical supervision. Assist in executing activities according to established procedures, focusing on ensuring service quality and proper network performance, in accordance with technical standards and customer requirements. Collaborate with more experienced technicians to develop technical and operational skills. Fiber Optic Installation: Deploy fiber optic cables in underground, aerial, or indoor networks. Install splice closures, optical distribution boxes (ODFs), connectors, and other system components. Fiber Optic Splicing and Jointing: Operate fusion splicers to perform high-precision fiber optic splices. Ensure splices comply with technical specifications. Testing and Certification: Use equipment such as OTDR (Optical Time-Domain Reflectometer), power meters, and other instruments for testing and certifying optical networks. Ensure timely delivery of services while maintaining company quality standards. Compliance and Safety: Ensure compliance with occupational safety regulations (e.g., NR-10 and NR-35) during all activities. Maintain workplace organization and cleanliness. Customer Relations: Provide on-site technical support, clarify customer queries, and ensure customer satisfaction. Represent the company professionally during all activities. **EDUCATION:** Completed High School. Technical course in Telecommunications, Electronics, Electrotechnics, or related fields. **EXPERIENCE:** Minimum 1–2 years of experience in fiber optic network installation, maintenance, and testing. Experience in telecommunications infrastructure or optical network projects is desirable.
