




**Job Responsibilities:** Support routine activities Collect and handle operational data Measure cycle times (e.g., picking pallets, moving, unloading, etc.). Count volumes, record routes, support time-and-motion inventories. Organize baseline sizing spreadsheets (staffing, shifts, equipment). Support the Product & Data Analyst in ensuring data quality (verifying whether app data matches actual shop-floor conditions). Support continuous improvement initiatives Assist the Improvement Analyst in preparing: a. process maps, b. flowcharts, c. before/after comparisons (with data and photos). **Monitor** a. small-scale implementations (e.g., new route, new layout, new checklist). b. project schedules Support defining KPIs (calculation basis, format, filters) Build spreadsheets that later become dashboards. Assist in validating the database feeding the BI system. Occasional travel may be required (specific, short-term assignments). **Mandatory Requirements:** Entering the 4th year of an Engineering program, preferably Electromechanical or Mechanical Engineering. **Preferred Qualifications:** Prior technical education (e.g., Electrical Technician, Electromechanical Technician). **Working Hours:** 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM — 6 working hours with a 1-hour break **Benefits:** Transportation Allowance, Meal Voucher, and Life Insurance.
