Work in engineering or technology We are seeking a student to undertake an internship at a German multinational company, a global leader in its field of operation. The intern will work in the customer support area, guiding customers on technical requirements related to purchasing new products or maintaining previously acquired products. Occasionally, the intern will support the technical assistance team in maintenance, warranty claims, and product and service reports. **Main Responsibilities:** * Provide technical support to internal and external customers; * Conduct product testing; * Assist in the development of new products; * Assist in supplier development; * Prepare material quotations; * Place purchase orders in the system; * Conduct training sessions; * Provide customer service via email and telephone. REQUIREMENTS * Currently enrolled in the 2nd year or later of an undergraduate program in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Automation Engineering or Technology; * English proficiency at least at intermediate level for technical reading and communication with headquarters. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Easy access to the Cotia region..
