Responsibilities Organize and keep up-to-date the technical dossier for each construction project (checklists, photos, reports, “as-built” drawings, manuals). Support preparation of material lists (BOM), purchase requisitions, and item verification. Support sizing/simulations and compilation of technical documents (where applicable). Verify consistency of information among site inspections, design documents, and execution (field vs. documentation). Support Engineering in tracking deadlines, pending items, and file versions. Interact with installers and suppliers to align basic technical information and escalate critical issues to the responsible engineer. Support administrative Engineering routines (folder organization, protocols, internal records). Requirements Currently pursuing a technical or undergraduate degree (Electrical Engineering / Renewable Energy / Electrotechnology / Civil Engineering or related fields). Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Basic knowledge of electrical systems and fundamental blueprint reading. Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets. Proactive attitude and commitment to quality. Preferred qualifications Experience with solar energy (distributed generation), electrical construction projects, technical documentation, and site inspections. AutoCAD (or DWG file reading), SketchUp, diagramming software. Experience with utility company procedures/certification processes. Familiarity with CRM/ERP systems (e.g., Bitrix).
