Responsibilities and Duties: * Receive, analyze, and review project documentation; * Conduct material takeoff required for construction execution; * Assess personnel requirements for construction execution; * Prepare daily construction schedules and assign tasks to the team; * Complete the construction logbook to ensure adherence to the execution schedule; * Provide technical guidance to the team; * Collaborate with the team to resolve issues; * Interact with clients to update them on construction progress and clarify any questions, if necessary; * Prepare technical budgets for Security, Electrical, CCTV, and SCA systems; * Conduct site surveys; * Supervise and guide the installation of network infrastructure, electrical systems, telecommunications, CCTV, and SCA. * Achieve excellence in delivering high-quality results to our internal and external clients. Requirements and Qualifications: * Technical education in Electrotechnics, Electronics, or Building Construction; Bachelor’s degree preferred; * Knowledge of electrical installations, structured cabling/connectorization, diagram reading, and familiarity with CCTV, Access Control, and Alarm systems; * Valid Brazilian driver’s license (CNH); * NR10 and NR35 certifications; * Willingness to travel across the entire national territory.
