Collaboration in continuous improvement projects for processes and products. **JOB SUMMARY (POSITION SUMMARY):** Responsible for performing installation, corrective maintenance, and preventive maintenance activities on electronic, laboratory, and hospital equipment, ensuring full functionality, operational reliability, and compliance with technical standards and biosafety regulations. Also provides technical support to customers, conducts user training, and supports continuous improvement initiatives for processes and equipment. **RESPONSIBILITIES** · Perform diagnostics, repairs, adjustments, and calibrations on electronic equipment and in vitro diagnostic devices. · Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance on laboratory, hospital, and general electronic equipment. · Carry out installations, commissioning, and functional testing of new equipment in the field or laboratory. · Prepare technical reports, inspection documents, and maintenance records in the system, ensuring traceability and documentary compliance. · Support the development and standardization of technical and operational procedures. · Provide technical support and deliver basic training to customers and users regarding equipment operation and care. · Identify complex failures and propose feasible technical solutions, focusing on reducing downtime and maintenance costs. · Ensure compliance with quality, safety, biosafety, and good maintenance practice standards. · Collaborate in validations and implementation of improvements in products and processes. **REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS POSITION:** **Education:** * Completed technical education in Electronics, Electrotechnics, Mechatronics, or related fields. * A technological undergraduate degree in related areas is desirable. * Proven experience in maintenance and repair of electronic equipment. * Experience in hospital or laboratory equipment maintenance is considered a plus. **Specific Knowledge (Technical Competencies):** · Applied electronics and electronic circuits. · Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical manuals (preferably in English). · Knowledge of electronic measurement and testing instruments. · Familiarity with automation and embedded systems (desirable). · Intermediate technical English for reading manuals. **Skills:** · Proactivity and analytical ability. · Organization and attention to detail. · Clear communication and strong interpersonal skills. · Sense of urgency and results orientation. · Teamwork and collaboration.
