Job Summary: This role ensures the availability and reliability of plant assets by performing preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on systems. Key Highlights: 1. Full-scope involvement in electro-electronic and mechanical maintenance 2. Active participation in the assembly and installation of new equipment 3. Development of diagnostics and inspections for failure prevention The incumbent is responsible for ensuring the availability and reliability of plant assets. Their work covers preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on electro-electronic and mechanical systems, as well as active participation in the assembly and installation of new equipment and machinery. **Key Responsibilities and Activities:** * **Comprehensive Maintenance:** Perform repairs on control systems, circuits, electro-pneumatic and electro-hydraulic systems, including component replacement and functional testing. **Requirements and Qualifications:** * **Education:** Completed Technical Education in Electromechanics, Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, or Mechanical Engineering. * **Professional Experience:** 3 to 5 years of experience in industrial maintenance. * **Mandatory Knowledge:** Industrial instrumentation, NR 10 and SEP (Power Electrical System). * **Technical Proficiency:** Industrial/residential electrical installations, electro-pneumatics, electro-hydraulics, and fundamentals of machining. * **Behavioral Competencies:** Sharp logical reasoning, proactive problem-solving, organizational skills, and ability to collaborate effectively in teams. * **Diagnostics and Inspection:** Conduct technical inspections (sensory and predictive) to identify root causes of failures and propose countermeasures to prevent unplanned downtime. * **Technical Drawing Interpretation:** Read mechanical drawings and electrical/electronic schematics to accurately locate defects and follow assembly instructions. * **Material Management:** Identify and specify replacement components, request quotations, and assist in maintenance inventory control via system (SAP). * **Safety and Organization:** Maintain workstation cleanliness and strictly comply with safety regulations and PPE usage requirements.
