Structured professional environment focused on operational excellence. **Leadec Brasil is seeking an Electromechanical Maintenance Technician for Machinery to join our technical team.** We are looking for a professional with experience in electromechanical maintenance of industrial equipment, focusing on operational reliability, safety, and quality. The role involves performing preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure optimal equipment performance and extend equipment service life, in compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards and procedures. **MAIN DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Perform preventive maintenance according to the maintenance plan and service orders issued by the client on electric and combustion forklifts, electric tow tractors, and pallet jacks, including their mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic components; * Perform corrective maintenance according to corrective service orders issued by the client on electric and combustion forklifts, electric tow tractors, and pallet jacks, including their mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic components; * Carry out adaptations and modifications to existing machinery to comply with safety regulations; * Perform refurbishment painting on existing machinery, following specific service orders for such cases; * Disassemble components, assess their condition, replace parts, reassemble, and test functionality; * Properly dispose of generated waste, following the client’s environmental procedures and regulations; * Participate in daily Safety Dialogues (DDS); * Use required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for task execution and comply with quality, safety, and environmental procedures/regulations; * Ensure compliance with quality management system standards and occupational safety requirements; * Maintain 5S practices in the area; * Safeguard the company’s and client’s assets; * Perform other related and inherent duties. **Requirements:** * National Driver’s License – Category B * Forklift Operator Training Course (NR 11 – 20 hours) * Technical Education in Mechanics, Electromechanics, or Electrotechnology * Knowledge of Hydraulic Maintenance * Knowledge of Electric Charger Maintenance and Battery Maintenance At Leadec, we value technical expertise, safety, teamwork, and continuous development.
