Performs maintenance on building installations and equipment **Brief Description:** Carry out low-voltage electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, carpentry, and masonry maintenance services, including replacing, swapping, cleaning, repairing, and installing parts, components, and equipment. Work in accordance with safety, hygiene, quality, and environmental protection standards. **Responsibilities:** Perform preventive and corrective **civil maintenance** services, such as minor painting, masonry, demolition, wall repairs, window repairs, gypsum ceiling repairs, etc., aiming to preserve building installations and contract equipment; Perform minor **carpentry maintenance** services; Perform preventive and corrective **hydraulic maintenance** services, including cleaning, unclogging, and installing bathroom and kitchen components to ensure the preservation and usability of installations; Perform **low-voltage electrical maintenance** services, conducting preventive and corrective maintenance on installations such as cables, outlets, lamps, luminaires, ballasts, and switches; inspecting wiring and measuring current and voltage to ensure full functionality of contract installations; Operate and clean electrical equipment and air conditioning units; Record entries in the Occurrence Logbook, indicating events occurred, services performed, times, dates, and other relevant information to enable maintenance service control; Perform services in compliance with occupational safety and health and environmental regulations.
