Your role will be to translate projects and technical specifications into precise and competitive commercial proposals. Unlike a financial estimator, you will handle the complexity of physical components: cameras, biometric readers, cables, infrastructure, and specialized labor. This is an on-site position in São Paulo, ideal for those who enjoy hands-on work and wish to deeply understand what they are estimating. **Responsibilities** * Project Interpretation: Analyze and develop electrical installation, structured cabling, and fire detection projects to extract accurate quantities. * Technical Proposal Development: Prepare detailed cost spreadsheets (materials, labor, BDI) and format commercial proposals for corporate clients. * Commercial Support: Provide technical support to the sales team, clarifying feasibility and specification questions during client negotiations. **Qualifications and Requirements** * Technical Education (Mandatory): Technical or undergraduate degree in Electrotechnics, Electronics, Automation, or Electrical Engineering. * Practical Experience: Proven experience preparing estimates in the installation, electronic security (CCTV/Alarms), or network infrastructure sectors. * Project Reading: Ability to read and interpret electrical and structured cabling projects. * Microsoft Office: Proficiency in Excel for creating and managing complex cost spreadsheets. * AUTOCAD: Ability to read and create projects. **We Offer** * Salary (PJ contract with benefits) \- Vacation \+ VA \+ VT * Opportunity to work on challenging projects and with market-leading brands. * A technical and collaborative environment, with genuine growth potential.
