We are recognized as one of the leading LED lighting brands for heavy machinery and trucks nationwide, providing solutions for mining, civil construction, forestry, agricultural, and industrial sectors. **Responsibilities** * Actively participate in the development and maintenance of existing products. * Assist in testing and verification of new ideas and prototypes, applying engineering concepts and techniques. * Perform tasks under supervision of more experienced engineers. * Collaborate in assembly, modification, and adaptation of electronic products, including systems. * Conduct more complex installations at customer sites and support product demonstrations. * Contribute to technical documentation, ensuring accuracy and detail. * Perform intermediate-level programming in Python, C, and other languages (desirable). * Organize the engineering lab. * Create and ensure company processes are followed \- in product development \- ISO9001. * Perform advanced programming, developing complex solutions from scratch. * Lead improvement and innovation projects for existing products. * Develop new products and innovative ideas, from conception through implementation. * Organize and conduct technical training for other teams. * Plan and manage your own schedule, ensuring timely delivery. * Prepare and review advanced technical documentation, including manuals, guides, and specifications. **Requirements** * Driver's license category B * Availability for travel * Knowledge of Arduino and similar platforms (desirable) * Knowledge of programming languages, preferably Python and C (desirable) * Availability for on-site work at Bosque da Saúde \- SP
