Job Summary: The Electrical Engineer will support the Asset Management Management team, strategically providing technical and administrative support to improve the performance of renewable energy generation assets. Opportunities for learning and development. As an Electrical Engineer, you will support the Asset Management Management team in Rio Grande do Norte. This professional will play a strategic role in providing technical and administrative support to the area, contributing to performance analysis, indicator management, and continuous improvement of renewable energy generation asset performance. This position requires an analytical, proactive, and critical profile, with the ability to interpret operational data, support decision-making, and propose improvements to processes and controls related to wind farm operations and maintenance. **Responsibilities and Duties** In this position, you will have the opportunity to work on strategic activities and contribute to the development of the area, including: * Prepare technical documents for procurement processes, including scopes, specifications, and supporting documents. * Develop and update high-level technical\-administrative dashboards, presentations, and reports for indicator monitoring and management support. * Monitor the calculation of contractual bonuses and penalties related to asset operational performance. * Lead and participate in technical and administrative meetings with maintenance teams and third-party suppliers, tracking indicators and action plans. * Maintain controls and organization of departmental documents and processes, such as licenses, permits, fees, measurements, and contracts. * Analyze KPIs of renewable energy generation plants, identifying significant deviations and proposing improvements to processes, controls, reports, and systems to optimize asset performance. **Requirements and Qualifications** We seek professionals with the following characteristics to contribute to the department’s objectives: * Completed undergraduate degree in Electrical Engineering or related fields. * Advanced English proficiency. * Knowledge of Operation and Maintenance (O\&M) of wind farms. * Knowledge of contract management for maintenance of renewable energy generation assets. * Experience analyzing plant generation performance indicators (time-based and energy-based availability, capacity factor, generation forecasting \- MWh and average MW). * Familiarity with energy generation scenarios (P50, P90, etc.). * Experience developing dashboards, executive reports, and managerial presentations.
