We recognize talent, invest in training, and encourage internal promotions. #### **Responsibilities:** * Cut and remove windings from special motors and DC motors; * Cut insulation according to technical specifications; * Collect winding data for DC motors; * Interpret electrical schematics to perform tasks; * Remove damaged or worn-out coils; * Rewind and assemble DC motors; * Apply coil impregnation and banding processes; * Provide technical guidance to Junior Rewinders, promoting the team’s technical development; * Manufacture coils for DC motors according to internal standards; * Assist in assembling and disassembling DC motors; * Ensure correct use and constant supervision of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). #### **Requirements:** * Completed high school education; * Completed technical course in electrotechnics, electromechanics, or related fields; * Preferred: pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, or related fields; * Proven experience in DC motor rewinding; * Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics; * Knowledge of impregnation and banding processes; #### **Desired Profile:** * Attention to detail and technical precision; * Proactivity and sense of responsibility; * Teamwork capability; * Commitment to safety standards and PPE usage; * Organization and care regarding tools and equipment. **Benefits:** Medical Assistance, Dental Assistance, Meal Voucher, Food Voucher, Life Insurance, Gympass, Profit-Sharing Program (PLR).
