




Job Summary: Professional responsible for performing preventive, predictive, and corrective electromechanical maintenance on various equipment, ensuring proper operation and reliability. We are hiring a Daytime Electromechanic **Requirements:** Technical course in Electromechanics, Electrotechnics, Industrial Electricity, or Refrigeration Mechanics Electromechanical experience. Knowledge of chiller, fancoil, split, fancoil (ducted), and VRF equipment. Electrical knowledge including operation of primary switchgear, generators, and UPS systems. **Responsibilities:** Maintenance of primary switchgear, generators, and UPS systems; Preventive maintenance involving control and monitoring, aimed at reducing or preventing equipment performance failures to increase reliability and availability—ensuring equipment operates as close as possible to factory conditions: air filter and belt replacement; drain and drip pan cleaning; evaporator and condenser coil cleaning; oil level and refrigerant fluid checks; current and voltage readings; temperature and humidity measurements in environments and equipment; pressure readings for superheat and subcooling adjustments; Predictive maintenance through periodic equipment or machinery monitoring using data collected via monitoring systems or inspections.
