RESPONSIBILITIES: * Evaluate contract performance, prepare progress reports, and propose adjustments when necessary. * Define project objectives, scope, and stakeholder engagement. * Develop detailed plans including goals, schedule, budget, resources, and performance strategies. * Ensure timely submission of periodic reports as per established deadlines. * Efficiently manage project resources (personnel, budget, materials, and equipment). * Coordinate multifunctional teams, assign responsibilities, and foster a collaborative environment. * Monitor contract execution, identify deviations, and implement corrective actions. * Control contractual risks and develop contingency plans. * Mediate conflicts among team members and stakeholders while maintaining a productive environment. * Ensure effective communication among all involved parties. * Conduct meetings to present results, key performance indicators (KPIs), and alignments. * Monitor team operational and behavioral outcomes, pursuing continuous improvement. * Develop and implement operational and strategic projects. * Perform people management routines: vacations, timekeeping, on-call duties, and other related controls. * Monitor goals and KPIs to enhance team performance. * Participate in training and development initiatives. * Serve internal and external customers by guiding them on regulations and procedures. * Conduct monthly meetings to present results and process improvements. * Represent the department in internal and external requests. * Perform other related duties as directed by leadership. REQUIREMENTS: * Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering; * Experience in the electric power sector; * Experience in contract management roles; * Willingness to travel.
