Serve as an internal technical instructor and standardize processes **MISSION:** Act as a cutting process specialist, defining parameters for new materials, training the team, and resolving complex logical failures. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Load and unload sheets; * Clean the table and remove slag; * Assist the senior operator with the daily checklist; * Launch pre-established cutting programs; * Verify basic dimensions using calipers/tape measures; * Identify cut parts according to the production order (OP); * Perform machine *set-up* (nozzle/lens/gas replacement); * Adjust cutting speed and power parameters; * Operate machines of different technologies (e.g., Laser and Plasma); * Perform basic G-code edits on the control panel; * Optimize nesting plans to minimize scrap; * Lead autonomous equipment maintenance; * Guide entry-level operators; * Define parameter tables for special alloys; * Lead root cause analysis of recurring failures; * Serve as an internal technical instructor and standardize cutting processes. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Completed high school education; * Technical or vocational training in CNC operation, electro-technology, electromechanics, or mechatronics. **SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:** * Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings; * Solid knowledge of metrology and familiarity with CNC commands and cutting parameters (laser / plasma / oxy-fuel). **ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:** * Employment type: CLT * Work location: BR 304 KM 296 B \- DISTRITO INDUSTRIAL I \- Grupo Unimetais \- Macaíba/RN * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:48 PM * 50% coverage of Hapvida health plan * 50% coverage of Unidentis dental plan * Transportation routes available for certain areas of Natal and Greater Natal Employment type: Full-time, Permanent CLT Salary: R$1\.621,00 \- R$2\.400,00 per month Workplace: On-site
