**Responsibilities and Duties** * Analyze engineering projects (electrical, structural, plumbing, gas, etc.) * Analyze architectural projects. * Provide on-site construction support to clarify questions. * Procure engineering projects. * Organize and manage engineering contracts. * Daily communication with resident engineers, designers, and specialists. * Track project approvals at utility companies (Sanepar, Casan, Iguá, etc). **Requirements and Qualifications** * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel (mandatory). * Proficiency in AutoCAD, including plotting, layer management, and basic commands (mandatory). * Knowledge of Revit (preferred). * Active communication skills and comfort speaking on the phone (mandatory). * Field construction execution experience (preferred). * Knowledge of structural masonry (preferred).
