Job Summary: A professional responsible for preparing, sanding, sealing, and painting interior and exterior building surfaces, using power tools as required, and maintaining equipment. Responsibility for maintaining tools and accessories Prepare, sand, seal, and paint interior and exterior building surfaces by scraping and plastering, then applying one or multiple coats of paint. Perform tasks with or without the assistance of power tools (e.g., compressor, polisher, etc.). Maintain and clean used tools and accessories.
