**Job Description:** Reporting to the Operations Manager, this position will be challenged to perform diagnostics and installation assessments of equipment. We are seeking a Building Automation Technician to join our team. The professional will be responsible for maintaining building automation systems, working directly with advanced technologies and playing a crucial role in managing and optimizing building systems. **Desired Qualifications:** * Technical diploma in: Automation, Electrotechnics, Electronics, Mechatronics, Refrigeration and Air Conditioning, or related fields. \* **Responsibilities:** · Maintenance and technical support for building automation, lighting, air conditioning, and building utility systems; · Programming and maintenance of management systems, controllers, sensors, and actuators (Honeywell, Johnson Controls, Schneider, Siemens, etc.); · System start-up execution, ensuring proper functionality and operational efficiency; · Implementation and maintenance of building automation systems (BMS); · Knowledge and application of major communication protocols such as Modbus, BACnet, LonWorks, among others. **Requirements:** · Proven experience in BMS maintenance and implementation; · Availability for travel and fieldwork; · Availability for night shifts; · Brazilian driver's license category B (CNH B). **Preferred Qualifications:** · Experience with VRV/VRF systems (basic understanding of system operation and architecture, integration with building automation, initial diagnostic of communication and commands, interpretation of operational alarms, interface with manufacturers/specialized service providers) * Daikin / LG / Samsung / Mitsubishi (VRF) · Prior experience in building automation and HVAC systems for shopping centers and hospitals. **Compensation and Benefits:** Salary – R$ 4\.590,47 (CLT position) Benefits: · Health insurance; · Dental insurance; · Life insurance; · Meal allowance; · Food voucher; · Transportation voucher. **Work Schedule:** Work will follow a rotating shift pattern: · 15 days on daytime shift, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM; · 15 days on night shift, from 10:00 PM to 5:00 AM, with a 20% night shift premium. · Alternate Saturdays on duty.
