**Responsibilities:** * Monitor building systems via the BMS interface, identifying faults, alarms, and anomalies. * Operate and remotely control systems such as HVAC, lighting, automated doors, among others. * Support corrective and preventive maintenance by reporting faults to responsible technicians. * Optimize system operation by adjusting parameters to reduce energy consumption and enhance equipment performance. * Ensure continuous system operation to maintain safe and comfortable environments. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education (a technical course will be considered a plus). * Knowledge of BMS and building automation systems. * Familiarity with HVAC, lighting, CCTV, access control, and fire detection systems. * Technical analytical ability, attention to detail, and teamwork skills. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Technical course in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, or related fields. * Prior experience in this role or in building maintenance and automation.
