Manage process indicators for RD Projects; 2\. Prepare service measurement bulletins for Project Anchor; 3\. Represent Management and the Executive Area before Superintendencies and other departments involved in Tower Committees on matters related to Projects; 4\. Monitor Special / Structural Projects; 5\. Monitor the QLP/PLA Base Sanitation Plan; 6\. Update the Team’s Work Plan; 7\. Manage demand analyses for projects and generate PEPs for the Medium-Term Planning Portfolio; 8\. Audit processes; 9\. Develop control and internal process optimization tools; 10\. Ensure the service level of the Projects and Inspection company. **Requirements and Qualifications** Education Level: Completed Bachelor’s degree Required Field of Study: Electrical Engineering or related fields; Technical Competencies: Completed Bachelor’s degree; Experience in indicator management and control; Proficiency with management tools (DMAIC, 5W2H, Pareto Chart, etc.); Advanced Microsoft Office suite skills; Knowledge of SAP Financial and Commercial systems, SQL, and Power BI; Driver’s License Category B; Willingness to travel. **Additional Information** **Why Apply:** By joining Grupo Equatorial, you become part of a growing company with a culture that values continuous development, talent diversity, and commitment to the future.
