Position: Construction Analyst * Main responsibilities: * Management and monitoring of corrective and emergency maintenance requests; * Technical analysis of inspection reports (RFI), scopes, and budgets; * Monitoring of construction schedules and execution; * Interface with suppliers, field inspectors, and the client's team; * SLA monitoring and support in closing processes within the system; * Preparation of technical reports and operational support for field requirements; * Support in planning and monitoring of building maintenance activities. * Desired qualifications: * Experience in building maintenance, facilities management, or construction project management; * Knowledge of building systems (civil, electrical, and refrigeration); * Strong analytical ability and operational organization skills; * Intermediate Excel proficiency; * Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks. * Education: * Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Architecture, or related fields; * Building Technician or related technical qualifications may also be considered based on experience.
