Position: **Junior Videomaker (Entry-Level) – Social Media Content \| CLT** **ABOUT THE POSITION:** We are looking for an entry-level videomaker to work in-house at our agency, focusing on social media content production. This is an opportunity for those at the beginning of their career who want to grow within a strategic environment, learning hands-on how to create content that delivers results—not just aesthetically pleasing videos. Here, you won’t just edit. You’ll learn how to transform content into positioning. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Assist in video capture for social media * Perform video editing (cuts, captions, soundtracks, and basic adjustments) * Adapt content for formats such as Reels and TikTok * Organize recording files and materials * Support filming (set, lighting, and audio) * Follow strategic guidance from the team * Continuously improve delivery quality **WHAT WE EXPECT FROM THIS PROFESSIONAL:** * Genuine interest in content creation and social media * Eagerness to learn and grow quickly * Basic video editing knowledge * Organization and responsibility regarding deadlines * Proactivity and attention to detail More important than experience: **growth mindset and execution.** **ADDITIONAL ASSETS:** * Prior experience producing videos for social media * Basic knowledge of CapCut, Premiere, or similar tools * Interest in content trends * Basic understanding of storytelling Employment type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$1\.700,00 \- R$1\.900,00 per month Benefits: * Transportation allowance Work location: On-site
