As a **Training Analyst** at CBRE IA\&R (Investment, Accounting \& Reporting Solutions), you will partner with business leaders to identify learning needs and deliver effective solutions through the design, development, and implementation of high-caliber training programs. **Responsibilities** * Develop and structure technical training materials (presentations, manuals, guides, digital content, and course scripts); * Translate technical concepts from finance and real estate domains into clear, pedagogical content; * Partner with internal subject-matter experts to assess learning needs and validate content; * Update existing materials in response to process changes, market shifts, or corporate strategy updates; * Analyze metrics and feedback to evaluate initiative effectiveness and support departmental objectives; * Ensure quality, consistency, and alignment of all materials with company guidelines. **Requirements** * Advanced English proficiency for reading and conversation (MANDATORY \- assessed during interview) * Proven professional experience in designing and facilitating in-person and online training (required) * Proficiency in Articulate Storyline or other L\&D software (highly desirable) * Experience in video editing; familiarity with Smartsheet (desirable) * Project management skills (desirable) Bachelor’s degree completed * **Why CBRE** Joining CBRE means becoming part of the global leader in commercial real estate services and investment, helping businesses and people thrive.
