Collaborate closely with the Art Direction team HRE GROUP is supporting a Beauty startup in identifying a Mid-Level Social Media Analyst (Generalist) for hybrid work in São Paulo. Plan and execute TikTok content strategy, ensuring brand consistency, visual quality, and writing excellence, in direct partnership with the Art Direction team. * Plan TikTok content aligned with brand objectives and campaign calendars. * Adapt campaigns, product launches, and activations to the platform's format and language. * Content creation * Develop captions, video scripts, campaign narratives, and creative copy. * Ensure message clarity, tone-of-voice consistency, and storytelling aligned with brand identity. * Collaborate with the Art Direction team on briefing development, asset validation, and copywriting. * Participate in content production, photo/video shoots, recordings, and creative reviews as needed. * Monitor TikTok performance metrics (engagement, saves, shares, reach). * Identify learnings and optimization opportunities based on data. Requirements: Solid TikTok experience (minimum 2–3 years) * Excellent writing and storytelling skills * Ability to translate strategy into clear, creative, and engaging content * Organized profile with creative vision and attention to detail * Experience with beauty, lifestyle, or consumer brands * Aesthetic sensitivity and strong visual repertoire * Familiarity with social media performance and data analysis * Preferred Qualifications: * Prior experience with product launch campaigns * Experience working in integrated creative teams (social + design) Benefits CLT employment contract + iFood Benefits
