**Job Description** Dispa is seeking a creative, organized, and communicative individual to work in the field of **Social Media and Online Sales**. This person will be responsible for maintaining the brand's digital presence active, attractive, and up-to-date—handling both social media content creation and online customer service and sales. We are looking for someone who loves fashion, possesses strong aesthetic judgment, communicates well with customers, and is eager to transform products into desire through content, relationship-building, and sales. **Key Responsibilities** * Update Dispa's e\-commerce platform with products, photos, descriptions, prices, and necessary information; * Create and publish content for the store's social media channels; * Produce posts, stories, simple reels, and promotional materials; * Respond to customers via WhatsApp, Instagram, and other digital channels; * Conduct online sales, assisting customers with selecting items, sizes, outfit combinations, and payment methods; * Monitor messages, comments, and interactions across social media platforms; * Promote new arrivals, campaigns, promotions, and product launches; * Keep digital channels organized, updated, and aligned with Dispa’s brand identity; * Support the marketing team in executing initiatives, campaigns, and store-related content. **Requirements** * Strong written communication skills; * Organizational ability and responsiveness in customer service; * Interest in fashion, trends, and social media; * Creativity in content creation; * Proficiency with Instagram, WhatsApp, Canva, and/or editing applications; * Proactive, responsible, and eager-to-learn attitude; * Enthusiasm for sales and customer interaction.
