Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve strategic objectives Create and develop high-quality, relevant, and strategic textual content for all Suit channels and audiences. Ensure communications are clear, engaging, informative, and aligned with the brand voice and tone of voice, supporting marketing and communication strategy, and translating complex concepts—such as security and risk management—into accessible language. * Produce texts in various formats, including social media posts, blog articles, email marketing, video scripts, campaign scripts, educational materials, and institutional documents. * Research topics relevant to the financial sector, technology, and payments, ensuring information accuracy and timeliness. * Apply SEO (Search Engine Optimization) techniques during content production to increase Suit’s organic visibility. * Ensure all texts align with Suit’s voice, tone of voice, and communication and branding guidelines. * Review and edit own and colleagues’ texts, ensuring grammatical correctness, coherence, and clarity. * Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Design, and Legal teams to develop content that meets strategic objectives and compliance requirements. * Monitor market trends and content formats to propose continuous innovations and improvements. * Participate in briefing meetings to understand the needs and objectives of each project. * Contribute to building an internal glossary of terms and a style guide.
