**Recruiter and Career Consultant (Remote)** We are expanding our team and seeking an experienced Recruitment \& Selection professional to directly evaluate, restructure profiles, and provide professional guidance to candidates of various hierarchical levels. **Your Main Responsibilities:** * **Resume Analysis:** Technical and strategic screening of resumes, identifying strengths, gaps, and alignment with market requirements. * **Interview Conduct:** Conducting behavioral and structured video interviews, assessing competencies, professional trajectory, and candidate potential. * **Professional Guidance and Consulting:** Consultative role in career guidance, developing positioning strategies, and practical preparation for competitive selection processes. **Skills and Tool Proficiency:** * **Microsoft Word:** Advanced proficiency in editing, strategic formatting, content review, and professional structuring of resumes. * **Canva:** Practical proficiency in using and customizing layouts, presentations, and supporting visual materials. * **Technology and Digital Tools:** Ease and agility with web navigation, cloud file managers (Google Drive/OneDrive), and video conferencing software (Zoom/Google Meet/Teams). * **Strategic Writing and Grammar:** Excellent writing, impeccable spelling, and synthesis capability for drafting opinions and reports. * **Active Listening and Empathy:** Ability to quickly diagnose candidate career bottlenecks and convey constructive feedback with clarity and authority. **Requirements and Necessary Structure:** * **Academic Background:** Completed Higher Education in **Psychology** or **Human Resources** (mandatory). * **100% Remote Work:** Fully remote operation. * **Own Infrastructure:** It is essential to have your own computer/laptop, a stable and high-speed internet connection, and a functional webcam in perfect working order for video calls. * Previous experience in conducting interviews, applying feedback, and professional guidance.
