Position: Printing Assistant **Job Description:** Work in the printing department, assisting with preparation, printing, and organization of custom papers used in mug printing processes, ensuring quality, standardization, and adherence to production deadlines. **Main Responsibilities:** · Operate printers used for custom paper printing (sublimation); · Prepare print files according to defined standards; · Verify colors, alignment, resolution, and finish of printed materials; · Load printers with appropriate inks and papers; · Perform basic print adjustments and preventive equipment cleaning; · Organize and label printed materials for the textile printing department; · Follow departmental quality and safety procedures. **Mandatory Requirements:** · Completed high school education; · Prior experience with digital printing, quick print shops, or sublimation; · Basic knowledge of printing processes (colors, resolution, paper types); · Basic computer literacy; · Attention to detail and care for finishing quality; · Organization and efficiency; · Commitment to meeting deadlines and maintaining quality. **Desirable Qualifications (not mandatory but preferred):** * Experience with sublimation printing (mugs, t-shirts, promotional items); * Familiarity with basic design software (CorelDRAW, Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar); * Experience in a production environment; * Ability to work effectively in a team; * Interest in learning and growing within the printing field.
