With a proven track record of excellence in the market, we are looking for a dedicated and dynamic Office Assistant to join our team committed to providing high-quality services. **Job Responsibilities:** * In-person and WhatsApp customer service. * Cash register opening and closing, payment collection, and receipt issuance. * Daily administrative routine support. * Assistance in custom product production: printing, cutting, folding, and finishing of materials. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education; * Proficiency in computer use (computers, printers, and basic editors); * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook); * Experience in customer service; * Dynamism, proactivity, and ability to learn quickly; * Strong organizational skills and capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. **Salary and Benefits:** * Fixed salary; * Meal allowance of R$150; * Opportunities for career growth within the company; * Pleasant and collaborative work environment. **Working Hours:** * Monday to Friday, from 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. * Saturdays, from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
