We are looking for a **Mid-Level UX/UI Designer** who is passionate about education and editorial design. Our focus is transforming dense content into fluid, intuitive, and engaging learning experiences. If you possess a sharp eye for **Information Architecture**, and enjoy the challenge of elegantly and accessibly organizing large volumes of content, we want to meet you. **As an ACEr, your responsibilities will include:** * **Information Architecture:** Structuring and organizing complex editorial content to ensure intuitive navigation across our educational and editorial platforms. * **End\-to\-End Design:** Engaging in all stages—from discovery and conceptualization of learning flows to delivery of high-fidelity final interfaces. * **Prototyping:** Creating wireframes, sitemaps, and navigable prototypes to validate design hypotheses with stakeholders and users. * **Design System:** Maintaining and evolving our component library to ensure visual consistency and scalability across different digital products. * **Collaboration:** Working closely with PMs, developers, and educational and editorial content specialists to align business needs with optimal user experience. **What you need to become an ACEr:** * **Proven Experience:** Solid experience as a Product Designer or UX/UI Designer (Mid-Level), preferably with a portfolio demonstrating dashboard, e\-learning, or editorial content projects. * **Tool Proficiency:** Advanced proficiency in **Figma** (Auto Layout, components, variables). * **Information Architecture:** Strong ability to organize complex hierarchies and navigation flows (Sitemaps, User Flows). * **Visual Design (UI):** Excellence in typography, grid systems, and visual hierarchy—essential for readability on dense reading screens. * **Agile Methodologies:** Familiarity with design rituals (Design Thinking, Double Diamond) and working in Sprints. **Nice-to-Haves** * Prior experience in the **EdTech** or **Publishing** sectors. * Knowledge of **Digital Accessibility (WCAG)**. * Basic understanding of UX Writing for educational microcopy. * Intermediate/advanced English for consuming technical references. **Are you/Do you have?** * Self-accountability; * Communication skills; * Team spirit; * Ability to mobilize people; * Strategic networking; * Scientific thinking; * Strategic vision.
