Monitor and track cargo, record incidents, and update systems accordingly. Verify orders, invoices, delivery notes, and shipping documents. Assist in scheduling pickups and deliveries with carriers. Handle logistics issues (damages, returns, delays), keeping customers informed. Update performance indicators (SLA, delivery time, pending tasks). Support the dispatch team in operational processes when necessary. Prepare simple reports and maintain organized records. Ensure courteous, prompt, and company-standard-compliant customer service.
