Job Summary: We are seeking a Production Assistant for events and parties, responsible for general support, process management, and monitoring industry trends. Key Highlights: 1. This position is for event and party production. **Responsibilities and Duties** * General production assistant for daily nucleus demands. * Monitoring spreadsheet management and process control. * Assistance in alignment meetings with suppliers and delivery management. * Review of texts, visual designs, and presentations. * Monitoring social media accounts of partners and other companies in the industry to bring news and trends. **Requirements and Qualifications** Experience in on-site production for parties and events. Proficiency in basic Microsoft Office suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
