Ensuring visual standardization of communication **Job Description:** Develop and adapt graphic materials for internal communication, such as posters, banners, presentations, digital artwork, and campaign pieces for internal initiatives, ensuring message clarity and a positive visual experience for employees. Support the creation, editing, and updating of visual content for Latin America Corporate TVs, including layout design of assets, information organization, and publishing after necessary approvals. Ensure visual standardization of communication materials, guaranteeing alignment with the company’s visual identity guidelines and brand usage standards. Provide support in producing and adapting materials, texts, and videos for internal channels and social media. Support the organization and updating of the template library, files, and visual content, including materials for Corporate TVs and bulletin boards. Support tracking departmental requests, maintaining updated records and task management tools to ensure visibility and organization of ongoing activities under your responsibility. Collaborate with the Communications team in developing content and addressing other departmental needs, contributing creative ideas and supporting initiatives as required. **Requirements:** Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program (from the 3rd semester onward) in Advertising and Public Relations, Marketing, Graphic Design, Digital Design, or related fields. Academic/professional experience in creating graphic materials and digital content Basic knowledge of video creation and editing tools such as Canva and Adobe Suite; familiarity with Microsoft Office and digital platforms is also required. Knowledge of social media, visual content production, and digital communication will be considered a plus. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Good interpersonal communication skills and ability to interact effectively across different departments and organizational levels. English and/or Spanish are advantageous but not mandatory.
