Join our team! **Responsibilities and duties** * Assist in developing communication initiatives related to topics such as institutional values, employee recognition, and commemorative dates; * Support the creation and revision of communication materials—including texts, presentations, images, videos, and campaigns; * Monitor the department’s campaign schedule, executing internal communication activities and routines; * Participate in defining and tracking departmental performance indicators. **Requirements and qualifications** * Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in Journalism, Advertising and Public Relations, Marketing, or related fields, from the 4th semester onward; * Strong oral and written communication skills; * Proficiency in image and video editing tools; * Responsibility, proactivity, and strong interpersonal skills; * Creativity and willingness to learn. **Additional information** **Work schedule:** 4 hours per day, Monday through Friday The BAUMINAS Group comprises four companies operating integrally within the Environmental Sanitation industry: BAUMINAS Águas, BAUMINAS Mineração, BAUMINAS Log, and BAUMINAS Hidroazul.
