Apply storytelling techniques focused on learning We are seeking an **Instructional Designer** responsible for designing training programs and learning initiatives, developing materials that deliver effective and innovative learning experiences to the target audience, in accordance with Scheffer’s established standards and procedures. **Responsibilities and Duties** **Requirements and Qualifications** **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Pedagogy, or related fields (preferred); * Experience creating and developing digital educational content (e-learning, videos, presentations, infographics), including scripting (storyboards, activities, and assessments); * Proficiency in design and video editing tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Camtasia, Premiere, or similar); * Experience publishing and managing courses on Learning Management Systems (LMS), with knowledge of SCORM/xAPI; * Experience applying storytelling techniques focused on learning. **Additional Information** **We offer a benefits package including:** * Health insurance; * Meal allowance; * Life insurance; * Wellhub.
